How do I order my Family Tree?
To order a Family Tree you must first purchase the Preparation Pack for your particular Family Tree. On the order page enter (1) in the number required box and make a note of the Product ID Number (PIN). You will need the PIN if you require Extra Copies of the Family Tree. When you have finished ordering your trees click on add to cart, when a new window opens to show your order has been added to the cart, click on close to close the window.
How do I pay for my Family tree?
When you have completed your order click on view cart and then on the pay now button. You can pay on-line via Paypal, a very safe and secure way to pay using your Debit or Credit Card, all you need to do is follow the on screen instructions. If you are paying by cheque or postal order please do not click on the pay now button simply print out a copy of your order add your name and address on the page and send it, with payment, to our address shown on the "contact us" link. Please ensure all cheques/postal orders are made payable to "P. Brownlow"
How do I change my order?
You can change your order by viewing the shopping cart and amending the quantity of trees you require. You cannot change your order once you have paid for it. If you have any problems with your order please contact us.
Can I ask a question or discuss anything with you about my order before buying ?
Of course you can, we would be only be too happy to answer any question you may have. Please go to our contact us page for contact details.
How long can I expect to wait for my Family Tree?
Normally between a week and 10 days. You may have to wait longer if you place your order during December.
How will I finally pay for my Family Tree?
When your order is near completion you will be sent an invoice for the amount due via e-mail. There will be a link to access payment methods in the e-mail, just click on the link and follow the on-screen instructions. You will be able to pay by credit card, debit card or bank account through a secure payment process.
Will I have to order a Preparation Pack again if I need more copies of my Family Tree at a later date?
No. We will keep a copy of all the Family Trees we produce so that you can re-order extra copies at any time.
Do you accept orders from outside UK ?
We can accept orders from outside the UK via the web site, but there will be an increase on the amount of postage charged.
Will my order be securely packaged ?
Yes, your order will be dispatched in a hard cardboard tube.
